1.Free trial
The 14-day trial is free and needs no card, so there’s nothing to cancel or refund.
2.Cancelling a plan
- Cancel any time from the Billing & plan page in your workspace. No contract, no cancellation fee.
- Your plan stays active until the end of the period you’ve paid for, and you won’t be charged again.
- After that the workspace becomes read-only, so you can still see your data. You can restart a plan any time.
3.Refunds
- Plans are monthly and billed in advance. We don’t refund unused days in a month you cancel, because access continues until the period ends.
- If you were charged twice, or charged after cancelling, write to us and we’ll refund the extra charge in full.
- Approved refunds go back to the original payment method through Razorpay within [number of] working days. Your bank may take a little longer to show it.
4.Changing plans
You can move between plans from the Billing & plan page in your workspace. The change takes effect straight away, and our payment provider adjusts the charge for the rest of the current period.
5.Delivery
Rodez Flow is an online service — there’s nothing to ship. Your workspace is ready as soon as you sign up, and paid plans are active as soon as payment succeeds. Sign in any time at app.rodezflow.in/login.
