Terms of service

Rodez Flow is an online workspace for agencies: tasks, attendance, leaves, chat, sales CRM, invoices, marketing tools, Rodez AI and related features. We may improve, change or retire features over time; if we remove something important to your plan, we’ll tell you in advance.

• You must be at least 18 and allowed to act for your agency.
• Keep your login details safe. You’re responsible for activity in your agency’s workspace.
• Agency admins decide who gets access and what role each person has.
• Give us accurate information, and keep your billing email up to date.

New workspaces get a 14-day free trial with all features. No card is needed to start. At the end of the trial you can choose a plan; if you don’t, you have 7 more days to decide, after which the workspace becomes read-only until you subscribe.

• Plans are billed monthly in advance through Razorpay, by card or UPI autopay.
• Prices are shown on our pricing page and exclude GST, which is added at the applicable rate.
• If a payment fails, we’ll let you know. If it isn’t fixed, the workspace may become read-only until it is.
• We may change prices with at least 30 days’ notice; the new price applies from your next billing period.

• Founding agencies: the first 25 agencies to start a paid plan pay 50% less for as long as their subscription continues. A founding spot is held for 2 days after checkout starts and is confirmed by the first successful payment.
• Launch offer: agencies that create their workspace on or before 31 December 2026 (11:59 pm IST) pay 50% less for their first 3 paid months; after that the normal price applies automatically.
• An agency gets one offer, not both — founding replaces the launch offer.
• Discounted prices are the list price less the discount, rounded down to the rupee, plus GST. They apply to whichever plan you choose and stay with you if you change plans while the offer lasts.
• Offers have no cash value, can’t be transferred, and we may end or change future offers — that never changes an offer you have already received.

You can cancel any time from the Billing & plan page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period — you keep full access until then, and you won’t be charged again. See Refunds & cancellation.

Your agency owns the content it puts into Rodez Flow. You give us permission to store and process it only to provide and support the service, as described in our Privacy policy. You’re responsible for having the right to add the information you upload, including details of your staff and clients.

Please don’t use Rodez Flow to:

• break the law or anyone’s rights, or upload content you don’t have the right to share;
• send spam or harmful, abusive or misleading content;
• try to access other agencies’ data, probe or overload our systems, or get around limits;
• copy, resell or reverse-engineer the service.

We may suspend accounts that seriously or repeatedly break these rules, and will tell you why where we can.

Some features work with other services — for example Razorpay for payments, Google for Meet links and AI, and email delivery. Their own terms apply to them, and we aren’t responsible for their availability.

Rodez AI suggestions can be wrong. Check important answers, and review anything it drafts before it’s sent or published. It only takes actions after a person confirms them.

We work to keep Rodez Flow running smoothly, but we can’t promise it will always be available or error-free. We may need short maintenance windows, and we’ll try to schedule them outside working hours.

Rodez Flow, its design, code and branding belong to us. Your subscription gives your agency the right to use the service while it’s active — not ownership of it. White-label branding you add stays yours.

To the extent the law allows, we aren’t liable for indirect or consequential losses (such as lost profits or data you didn’t back up), and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount your agency paid us in the 3 months before the claim.

You can stop using Rodez Flow at any time by cancelling. We may end or suspend the service for an agency that seriously breaches these terms or doesn’t pay. After closure, data is handled as described in the Privacy policy.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the courts of [city, state]. We’d always prefer to sort things out directly first — just write to us.
